This luxury Three bedroom, Two bath property can accommodate up to 10 overnight guests. With over 1,710 square feet, you'll find plenty of room for a great family get-together, friends retreat or even a last minute trip to the desert simply to enjoy the sun. Chella Time can accommodate 10 overnight guest and features a fully equipped kitchen, large living space and a spacious backyard with a social media worthy mural. Game room, private backyard, mini pickleball court and more much fun! Start your vacation off in the game room which features exciting arcade games such as Ms. Pac Man, Golden Tee Golf/ Arcade Classics, billiards table, darts and much more! The private backyard features a refreshing pool and spa, patio dinning table with seating for ten and a propane fueled barbecue great for grilling your favorite meals. Show off your skills on the mini pickleball court! Enjoy your favorite glass of wine under the pergola and comfortable patio seating. Play lawn games like life size Connect-4 & Cornhole then read your favorite book on one of two lounge chairs while you soak up the sun. Bedroom Descriptions: The Primary Suite features a King-size bed, Hisense Smart Television and access to the backyard. The Primary Suite also features a private bathroom with a tile shower and double vanity sinks. Bedroom 2 is located next to the laundry room and features a Queen-size bed , Vizio Smart Television & desk with an office chair. Bedroom 3 is located next to the hallway bathroom and features a Full over Full Bunk Bed with twin Trundle and a Vizio Smart Television. A Twin-size rollaway bed accommodates one guest and can be moved to any room in the home. A hallway bathroom is located near Bedroom 3 with a bathtub and shower combo. Bedroom Sleeping Arrangements: Primary Suite: 1 King bed - Sleeps 2 Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin Rollaway bed - Sleeps 3 Bedroom 3: 1 Full over Full Bunk Bed with twin Trundle - Sleeps 5 Bed Summary: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full over Full Bunk Bed with twin Trundle. 1 Twin Rollaway Bed. Total Sleep accommodations for 10 guests. Extra amenities: Ven Casa provides a bathroom starter pack which includes shampoo, conditioner and body/hand soaps. Toilet paper in each bathroom and the kitchen includes a kit with paper towels, dish soap, individually wrapped sponge and a few dishwasher pods. In addition, we also provide a starter pack of laundry pods so you are able to do laundry during your trip. We do not provide any cleaning products. PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION AND HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC: We care about maintaining a good relationship with our neighbors, so we ask that when guest are utilizing the pool area the music is kept to an acceptable volume. Playing loud-amplified music and any fines associated with excessive noise complaints are the responsibility of the guest. PARKING: Space is available for up to 4 cars, including 3 in the driveway and 1 on the street. POOL AND SPA HEAT: Pool and spa heat is not included in the total booking amount. AGE REQUIREMENTS: The reservation holder must be 25 years of age at time of check-in and is required to be at the property for the duration of the reservation. SECURITY CAMERAS: Video surveillance is actively recording on the property, cameras are located over the driveway. All cameras are on exterior of home. NOISE MONITORING: This Property has a smart home device that measures noise volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances. This device in no way records conversations. PETS: Small pets (dogs only) are welcome with prior host approval and fee. AC USAGE: In order to ensure no damage is caused to the AC unit, we ask that the AC temperature is not lowered any less than 74 degrees. To help keep the home cool, we suggest closing any blinds or shutters and ensuring the doors remain closed to avoid heat entering the house during the hot days. House thermostat is monitored remotely. No fireworks allowed at any time. FIRE-PIT: We do not provide supplies for fire-pit. Fire-pit must be attended at all times. Water must be available to extinguish uncontrolled flames. Do not use fire-pit during windy days. At the time of booking, the reservation holder agrees to the terms above. Guest access Guest have access to the entire home including all amenities within the home with the exception of one hallway closet used for storage. Before being able to access the property: reservation holder must provide host with a full guest- list. Any person not on the guest list will not have access to the property. Other things to note Chella Time features a pool and spa, pool and spa heat is not included in the total booking amount. Please reach out to host for details.
