Step back & reconnect with nature at this special escape. This tiny home is located across from The Old Settlers Trail in the Great Smoky Mountains on a main road. Filled with character while offering a simple unique way to vacation. Sleep here then go play all day in the National Park & the surrounding areas. Located just 8 miles from the city limits of Gatlinburg. We believe in vacations for everyone which is why we try to keep things within a budget for anyone. Check “other details to note” The space This unit sits on a campground style surrounding. There are several units on site (spread out with decent spacing) you won’t be cramped onto each other. Two empty fields and paved/gravel road you could walk around the property. *Some road traffic noise can be heard. Each day/season may vary on extent of sound. A couple different eateries within minutes, gas stations, dollar generals, even a prepper store close by, and antique/vintage stores. We know it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles as others but it is a place to get away, relax, and get a refresh in. So, kick off those shoes and start your relaxation with simplicity. (1 large dog 50lbs+ or 2 medium/small dogs) - please keep dogs on leash when outside, kenneled if leaving them alone at property, PLEASE KEEP OFF BED. - There is a coin laundry just a couple minutes away, a few gas stations, subway, and golfing (regular). The creek area is on Webb Rd, which is only a few minutes away and has plenty of areas for picnics. - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. - Check-in at or after 4 pm / Check-out at 10 am. - The required age to book is 18. - •No check in on Christmas Eve (unless pre-approval has been given) •No check in / out on Christmas Day• •unless approved by owner• •Only a check in or check out (not both) is allowed on Thanksgiving day.• - Please be aware the property does include mini fridge, microwave, small coffee maker, coffee cups, bowls, plates, silverware, cups, some cooking utensils. (no stove/oven/toaster on site) - BBQ Grill is on site (charcoal & lighting items not provided) - Please be aware that during certain times of the year (not exactly the same every year) our county experiences a lady bug issue that is not easily fixed or resolved. Each year is different as far as intensity and how long they stay. - 28 days or longer will have additional pet fee/s.
