Relax in this quiet and elegant home Le Mas L'Oustal is nestled in the heart of the St Chinian vineyard at the gates of the Haut Languedoc Natural Park. Here, calm and serenity reign. The shaded terrace will offer views of nature and the stream that runs along the property. This place is ideal for a short or longer vacation, relaxing by the pool or in the shade of the trees. You can also discover the many nearby tourist attractions (river, beaches etc...) The space Le Mas L'Oustal is located in the heart of nature in a pretty 11 ha property where we are the only ones to live there, here we still have the chance to observe and hear the birds singing. The property consists of a main house, that of the owner, and two other accommodations, the "Nid Douillet" cabin and the "Barrel" barrel. 5 minutes from all the amenities of the village of Murviel-lès-Béziers. This place exudes a feeling of tranquility... The Mas, hidden under the oaks, providing shade and freshness with views of nature, is composed of: An equipped kitchen: fridge, microwave, 4-burner gas stove, toaster, coffee maker & electric kettle. Bathroom: walk-in shower, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, toilet, toilet paper. Bedroom: double bed 160 x 200 (new bedding), storage and wardrobe. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. Exterior: a private terrace of 30 m2 equipped with a dining area table and chairs, plancha and gas grill, a relaxation area with a sofa bench and an armchair. The pool is not heated but faces south; it is open from May to October depending on temperatures. It is freely accessible from 9am to 9pm. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home and its terrace. Other things to note If you want to come with friends, you can rent all the accommodations (total capacity 6 adults + 2 children from 0 to 4 years old). Catering service offered at an additional cost to be booked at least 48 hours before your arrival or during your stay: Breakfast package at €12 consisting of bread, pastries, yogurt, jam, honey, butter, hot drink of your choice (coffee, tea, milk, milk chocolate, fruit juice. Table d'hôte €29/person (starter, main course + side dish, dessert, 50 cl wine jug included) only in the evening. The food is homemade except for bread, honey and wine. To access Brescou Lodges "Le Mas L'Oustal" cross Murviel les Béziers and head towards Causses et Veyran (D 19) for 3 km and arrive at a narrow stone bridge with alternating traffic (signs).
