The space The apartment has been completely renovated; it has two bedrooms (one with a double bed 160x190, the other with a French bed 140x190), each with a wardrobe, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen area, and a bathroom with a shower. It can accommodate 4 people in the two bedrooms, and up to 6 thanks to the sofa bed in the living room (French bed 140x190). It has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating in the cold season, 2 wardrobes, washing machine, iron and ironing board, fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, everything you need for those who want to relax by cooking for themselves and eating at home. Nearby you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. In less than 10 minutes on foot you can reach the extraordinary "Piazza Vittorio market", covered, with typical Italian food products, but also spices, fruits and vegetables from all over the world. You can walk to the Colosseum with the Roman forum and the great basilicas of Rome. The metro station, a one-minute (1) walk away, takes you to the famous Piazza di Spagna or the Vatican in just a few stops. In a few minutes on foot or with two subway stops or with a short bus ride you can reach Termini station and from there, by subway or bus, any destination, including airports. It is the ideal location to experience the city from a neighborhood of the real Rome. And don't forget to enjoy it by walking in the nearby Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, a magical garden, built around the remains of a Roman-era fountain and a 17th-century "alchemical gate"! Guest access The entire home is available for guests to use. Please note: the apartment is on the second floor WITHOUT an elevator. It's not particularly tiring... but it's good to know! It is accessed through an exclusive entrance terrace (railing house). Other things to note The apartment is on the second floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator. It has large windows overlooking the street and the inner courtyard and a balcony. It is located in a particularly safe area, with a Carabinieri station in the same building, a police station around the corner, and an entire highly guarded government block across the street. The car can be parked safely on the street (rates €4 for 8 hours) or in a guarded garage a few meters away (much higher rates). Smoking is prohibited in the house.
