Nestled beside Custer Park, you’re steps from the original Dairy Queen, a pool, walking paths, and a baseball field. Walk to downtown shops, restaurants, and nightlife, or simply relax and recharge in total comfort. Welcome home. Darcy The space Welcome to your bright and breezy hideaway at Custer Park! As you step through the double French doors into this charming walk-out lower level, you’ll be greeted by a flood of natural light and an easy, open feel that makes relaxing come naturally. Step outside to your private patio oasis — surrounded by greenery and perfect for outdoor lounging or grilling on warm days. The space is furnished with cozy seasonal seating and a gas grill, ideal for unwinding with a cold drink or good conversation. Inside, each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with egress windows, ample closet space, smart TVs, and plush goose down comforters and pillows for a truly restful night’s sleep. For added peace of mind, all mattresses and pillows are fully protected with bedbug covers. You’ll also find a laundry area with a dehumidifier, which you’re welcome to use — just be sure to empty it daily for best results. We’re in the process of upgrading to a split-unit system, but for now, the home’s temperature is controlled by a Nest thermostat. If you need any adjustments to stay cozy, just reach out — I’m happy to help make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. Each additional pet is $50 with 3 dogs maximum. I have an upstairs unit as well. Please know, at times both may be rented out. Both units are securely locked from one another. Guest access Guest Access You’ll have your own private entrance and parking space for the downstairs unit. Please park to the right of the upstairs patio (when facing the house) and enter through the gate directly in front of your parking spot. Just ahead, you’ll find the double French doors — your entry point using the provided key code. Trash is located in the alley on the west side of the home. Important: There is absolutely NO parking in the alley — the city may tow at the vehicle owner’s expense. Other things to note Other Things to Note Guest parking is located up front, directly beside the upstairs patio. Please enter through the gate to the courtyard in front of your designated parking spot.
