On the first floor, there is a large bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a kitchen. Private outdoor porch with table and chairs. Only 6 km from Montepulciano. Available, shared with other guests: Swimming pool, barbecue, and a colorful, fragrant garden. Friendly, family-run hospitality, always present but discreet.
