A large fine will be charged on top of any damages or additional cleaning. -no pets -no smoking -no Wi-Fi -We don't provide a tv but if you wish to bring your own, we certainly don’t mind! -We do not provide fishing poles or bait -The pond is not a swimming pond. -The old dining hall is currently being remodeled and turned into a 5 bedroom lodge called The Scrapyard. You will likely be seeing some construction traffic during your stay. Currently they are working on exterior windows, doors and siding. Also working on interior plumbing. We are excited seeing it come to life! Where to find the outdoor games: In the Dining Hall overlooking the meadow. CAUTION: Please stay off the ice if the pond freezes!
