(read property description) The space Welcome to our newly renovated apartment located on Ramsgate Ave in North Bondi, just steps away from the pristine sands and sparkling waves of Bondi Beach. This stylishly appointed one-bedroom apartment boasts a great location in Bondi Beach, providing comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. With a well-equipped kitchen, cosy bedding, plush towels, and complimentary Wi-Fi and Netflix, your stay promises both convenience and luxury. The Space: Experience spacious living in this fully furnished apartment, mere meters from the beach. With a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room, this apartment comfortably accommodates four adults. Newly installed ceiling fans ensure your comfort during warm days. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower, and a convenient laundry area equipped with a washing machine/dryer. Additionally, a large drying rack is provided for your laundry needs. This apartment is ideal for couples or groups of friends looking to immerse themselves in the vibrant and bustling Bondi neighbourhood. We warmly welcome families - Portable Cot: A Phil & Teds portable cot is available upon request. For safety and hygiene reasons, guests are required to assemble the cot themselves. A mattress protector and fitted sheet are provided. A highchair is available (same as above) *Important to note, Bondi is a noisy neighborhood if you have small babies/toddlers and need a quiet space this may not be the most ideal accommodation*** As the building is primarily residential rather than a dedicated holiday rental, the residents insist that personal items such as surf boards, strollers, buggies, scooters, and bikes are not left in the common areas or the lobby. They must be kept inside the apartment. Bondi is an energetic suburb that wakes early, with the local fitness community filling nearby cafés. The area also has a lively atmosphere in the evenings. This is a residential building; nearly all the apartments are privately owned. There are no property managers, concierge services or staff on hand. If you are looking for these services, we recommend staying in one of the local hotels. ***If guests arrive early or depart late in the day, please note that there are no secured storage areas available for luggage - Luggage Storage can be found at Souvenir Plus 132 Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach - DO NOT LEAVE LUGGAGE IN THE COMMON AREAS *** If guests are checking in past 11pm please let the host know as the lobby door has a security timer. There will be different access instructions provided. Parking ***NO PARKING Spaces available at the property**** Parking spaces are available in surrounding streets (5–10-minute walk) and there are some available for rent nearby. (Waverly council beach parking permits) If parking is important to you, we would recommend booking a property that has dedicated parking. Guest Access: Situated in a prime location directly opposite the beach, the building offers clear access to Bondi Beach's finest spots. Shops, cafes, and restaurants are conveniently located nearby, with bus stops within walking distance. For travel assistance, we recommend using the NSW Trip Planner app. Other Things to Note: • This is a strictly no-smoking apartment. • Guests must walk up one flight of stairs to reach the first-floor apartment, as there is no lift. • A welcome letter and property information are provided to ensure a comfortable stay. • Bedding, towels and starter essentials such as tea, coffee, shampoo, and toilet paper are included. (No coffee Machine) • If you require use of the sofa bed, please book for a minimum of three guests. - the sofa bed remains as a sofa, with all bedding provided in the wardrobe for guests to make up the beds.
