For larger groups, Sailor’s Catch scales beautifully. You’ll have full access to the downstairs area too, adding that extra layer of comfort and room to spread out. And for a touch of whimsy, we’ve included a delightful, cozy nook – originally a favourite hideaway, this wee spot became so popular that we transformed it into a snug, curtained retreat! Sailor’s Catch has surprises at every turn, and none more magical than the secret children’s playroom! Tucked away like a hidden treasure, this whimsical cubby is designed to be a real-life fantasy escape for little ones. Perfect for families, Sailor’s Catch offers that extra layer of delight, making it a dream escape for guests of every age. *** The property offers a charcoal BBQ available for rental. There’s a $30 fee which helps us with maintenance and upkeep. If you’d like to use the BBQ during your stay please let us know in advance, and we’ll have it all set up and ready for you. Just a little note: if the weather turns wet, please keep the BBQ under cover rather than leaving it out in the rain. Travelling with an Electric Vehicle? If you’re travelling with an electric car, you're very welcome to charge it here at the property during your stay. Please bring your own charging cable - a longer one can be helpful, as plug access is usually inside the house. There’s also a public charging station nearby at New World Hokitika, in case that’s more convenient for you. Whichever option works best, we hope it helps keep your travels smooth and easy.
