Apartment Pecles is recently renovated, old farm house. 72m2. Spacious and beautiful apartment very close to Chamonix center. It has two bedrooms. It can comfortably sleep up to 4 people. Living room with smart TV and big windows. Open kitchen with dining area. One bathroom with shower & basin & toilet and washing machine. Separate toilet. The master bedroom has a queen size double bed. Second room has a bunk bed. Apartment is high quality. This apartment does not offer free parking. The space The apartment has an open living/dining/kitchen area. Dining table with 4 chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, stove, oven and microwave. Master bedroom with a double bed (160cm), second bedroom with bunkbeds. Both have access to a balcony with a Mont Blanc view. Bathroom with shower & sink & toilet & laundry machine. Separate toilet. Great location close to the center. No private parking. Free street parking. But limited space, especialy during the high seasons. Nearest paid parking is Lionel Terray. All services are very close by, within walking distance. Apartment is fully self-catering. The apartment has linen and towels (1 set/person) and basic supplies to get you started on your holiday. But for a whole week, for example, there is no toilet paper (a few rolls). Shampoo & conditioner & soap are not included. Spices etc. are according to what's left over from previous visits. Guest access Apartment is fully in guests use. Other things to note Apartment is fully self catered. Linen and towels, 1 set/person are included in the price. There are some products, so you get started, like few rolls of toilet paper, few dish tablets and products that are left by previous guests. Usually there are some basic spices and oil. Tab water is drinkable. Shops close at 20:00. We can arrange you all the services you may need for your holiday.
