At the foot of the Arles Arena - Independent ground floor

I live at the foot of the Arles Arena, in the preserved area, an old and beautiful stone house covered with jasmine. You are obviously in the historic center, while being 10 minutes from the train station. You will enjoy a completely independent ground floor - our family lives upstairs, we share the entrance hall. Spacious living space, very good quality sofa bed, full kitchen, bathroom, a desk area under the glass roof, a piano, lots of sheet music – welcome! Guest access The nearest free parking is at the train station - a 10-minute walk from the house. The historic center of Arles, where my house is located, is entirely pedestrian except for residents and unless you arrive before 10 a.m., in which case the access terminals are open. Other things to note There is no air conditioning but it is cool because you are on the ground floor of an old stone house with a large thermal inertia. I also provide a very efficient fan. We can possibly accommodate a child, I would then put a mattress on the floor - there is plenty of room to put it, the living space is large. Registration Details 1300400270926
