This Penthouse is priced well for what our Guests receive in terms of size, Luxury amenities, remarkable Service inclusions (see full details below under “included Services” - that we believe you cannot go wrong for the price offered! The Penthouse does have: * an experienced private /Butler Host: SammyO with well over twenty-five {25} years hospitality & client industry professional experience and training. Private Host: Sammy not only has practical experience in this sector, he has been rigorously trained in Universities {over 13 years of his life} throughout Sydney (Macquarie University,; Sydney University and Institutes} to better understand People . Without an arrogance sometimes exhibited by some other professionals in the market- Sammy O is down to Earth. Guest assistance with simple matters and more service orientated demands {eg: dishes washed/dried/put away daily; {optional} nightly bed turn down service; Guest goods collection service and others - see below} makes our Guests feel more relaxed, really cared for {these extra services are often not included in many higher priced five(5) Star Hotels- or charged excessively for. From simple tasks like: how to work the Breville Coffee Machine, Hi-Fi or any other reasonable requests to more involved tasks too… It’s like a Hotel Concierge service but better because Sammy O is at your service only for you^. No other Guests stay at Penthouse during your stay. Sammy can understand Guests wants better than most, and is able to put himself in the shoes of most People (so to speak) therefore pre-emptying whether Guests want more or less attention or help- without bothering a Guest excessively. The Penthouse does have: * nice views out of both the Lounge Balcony glass doors or your Master Bedroom/Bed glass balcony doors. {see Photos: under “Exterior and Bedroom”}. * Your private Master Bedroom with King size bed {mattress size: 183cm wide X 203cm high, {212cm X 220cm with Bed surround} Private Ensuite Bathroom with shower & bath, and small attached Balcony measure an area of {approximately} : 21.6 metres squared or 232.5 squared feet. (there are no internal cameras inside Penthouse and no recording devices). * Remote controlled Security Garage for your car- for added convenience- included free of charge. * Subscription Television channels: Stan, Netflix included - in Lounge-room (65inch tv) and Bedroom Televisions (50 inches- wall mounted opposite King Bed). * Fast WiFi internet-minimum 48Mbps (peak times) to 100 Mbps (off peak) included (speed can vary throughout the day). * Early or Late check-in/out available - no extra charges^-subject to our other Booking schedule/commitments. Penthouse only accommodates yourselves and your private Host- who resides in a separate Locked Door Room. (this Listing). Services included: ^ Guests staying over seven(7) days at Penthouse receive an Airport transfer private Chauffeured Car for travel to Penthouse on arrival day: -> Chauffeur meets Guest/s at designated arrival Baggage Gate with name sign. {last four(4) numbers of Guest mobile number will be requested from Guests to confirm Chauffeur has correct Guest/s}. Alternatively, Guests may choose to use this included weekly service for a different date during their stay. Guests staying two(2) weeks receive two(2) private chauffeur car rides; three(3) weeks stay- three(3) rides, etc… ^ included: daily washing & drying of your used dishes . -> this service operates b/w hours of: 9am to 10am; 1-3pm or 7-9pm. (Maximum washing/drying of Guests soiled dishes- twice. Guests choose which time frame they prefer on arrival day to Penthouse. Times may be changed-subject to Host other daily schedule. ^ turn down Bed Service: private Host can turn-down entry duvet/blanket for ease of Guest Bed entry. (just like in luxury Hotel Penthouses). * Host requires Guest Master Bedroom to be left unlocked during turn-down hours with sign: advising this request positioned on exterior of MasterRoom door or communicated to Host prior. -> turn down King Bed service operates daily between hours 9pm-midnight only. ^ Laundry services: Guests may request private Host wash & dry their Laundry for them at Penthouse. Included twice(2) per week. Or take their Laundry to local Laundromat on Guests behalf.(note: fee for Laundry cleaning must be settled with us or Host prior to Guests departure. (Times available are subject to negotiation b/w Guests & Host). ^ other services: private Host walk through with Guests local area showing Restaurants, Eateries, Pubs, Shopping Centre, Bus stops,etc… ^ Host goods collection service: Host can collect Cigarettes, extra requested drinks, foods for Guests stay. Many are under 100m2 in total area. A Google search shows prices at most Hotel Penthouses is usually well over 10X (times) and often 30-50 X (times) the price of our Penthouse. Our Penthouse total area: 135m2 or 1,453 squared feet. If Sammy O becomes unavailable any day of a Guests stay - we reserve the option of substituting our other professionally trained private co-Hosts such as: StevenC to maintain the high standards of Guest care & service standards included and expected daily in this package. Guest access You will have your own private Room {King Bed} with private bathroom en-suite and small attached Balcony. {this area approximately : 21.6m2 or 232.5 square feet}. The entire Penthouse is 135m2 or 1,453 square feet. Building is Security accessed with provided Swipe and RFD Reader. Security swipe for Elevator to top floor Penthouse. Fingerprint Door Penthouse entry (or specially supplied variable code/RFD Reader). The remaining Penthouse spaces are shared with your Host: Sammy only. (no one else is in the Penthouse- this Listing). Shared areas with your Host (only) include the Kitchen, Lounge, Hallway, 2nd shared Bathroom (off hallway) and main balcony off lounge-room. The Host will never enter your Master Bedroom spaces (unless a very unlikely- suspected life threatening event were to occur). There is an included daily indoor Garage security space with remote control garage opener- with this accommodation package - should you need a secure parking space for your car while staying at the Penthouse, located on ground level entry to building. During your stay Guests can reach out to their Host: Sammy O anytime during their stay. Sammy will supply his direct Mobile/Cell number to every Guest or they can talk in person with Sammy when he is in the Penthouse; or even send a message via text or Email if the Guests prefer. Sammy will make it as easy as possible to communicate with Guests. The Host can be more private (Guests will hardly notice or see him) or more communicative regular attention if required. It all depends on Guests needs & expressed preferences. Guests who have a complimentary chauffeur driven car (over seven(7) nights stays) service included will meet our regular Chauffeur in car. Your live-in host: Sammy resides in his own locked & separate area/bedroom to yours-Bedroom 3. You & your Huest/s have the rest of the approve house to yourselves only! Other things to note Guests can ask Private Butler: Host: Sammy for advice about where to visit and explore attractions while in Sydney. Sammy was in the Tourist Industry operating a Limousine/ Tourism Service for over 25 years, so he do es know places that Tourists like to visit in Sydney- from Bondi Beach in the Eastern Suburbs (15-20minutes travel from the Penthouse by car) to the great city scape landmarks like the Iconic Opera House, Harbour Bridge and beyond. Many more tourists would catch a Ferry to Manly, have Lunch by the waterside there and return late afternoon to their Home after a scenic day out. Other adventure seekers may head to the Blue Mountains to explore the Three(3) Sisters Mountainous terrain and the small village like shops in the area. For those who love shopping The Rocks in Sydney can be a haven for Duty Free Shopping adorned by many overseas visitors seeking the best in Pearls, Jewellery and other eateries and Restaurants. A Chinese Diner/ casual Restaurant is situated on the ground level corner of this building. Sammy can book you in or Guests may simply scroll downstairs or order delivery to the Penthouse- if they feel like eating something simple and quick-Chinese style food. (Diner closed- Monday afternoon/evening). . Sammy is happy to provide a personal walk-through to the local shopping district (Pacific Square-2 to 3 minutes walk).
