Guest access The accommodation is on the ground floor of a small condominium (10 apartments) with Dinard charm. Your entrance is through the courtyard, there are co-owners' parking lots in this courtyard, hence the need to always lock the gate. Other things to note Very pleasant studio to stay in, quick access on foot in a few minutes to the city center and the beach of the lock. Suitable for two people, you can vape in the accommodation but only smoke in the courtyard using the ashtray. The studio will not be super functional for small people (access to wardrobe and oven at height). If you like, a stool is available.
