End row house in Tananger

Relax in this peaceful place in Myklebust, surrounded by cozy terraced houses and green areas, playgrounds, frisbee golf and close to the Sjøbadet and open sea. The house is yours alone during your stay and has a well-equipped kitchen, terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue, as well as garden and trampoline. There is a bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with laundry room on the main floor. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a sea view. Cozy living room with TV, sofa area and dining table. Access to terrace and outdoor area with outdoor furniture. The space The house is an end terraced house, built in 2013, and is in good condition with parquet floors, tiled bathrooms and waterborne heating on the main floor and in the bathroom on the second floor. We usually use the house ourselves, so it is well equipped and well taken care of. The area is a quiet terraced house area with little else than bird chirping as background noise. Playground, basketball court, frisbee golf course, as well as hiking trail right next to the house. Easy access by public transport (5 minutes to walk to bus stop) directly to Stavanger (about 20 min), Stavanger Expo, airport and Sandnes. 5 min walk to supermarket. Nice hiking areas right outside the door, great archipelago on the peninsula Tananger right by the open sea and the North Sea. Guest access The master bedroom (with double bed) will be available, three bedrooms will be locked. Living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as two bathrooms (one of which with washing machine is available). There is a nice terrace outside with outdoor furniture and barbecue that can also be used if the weather allows. Tananger is located on a peninsula in the North Sea and can therefore be somewhat weathered. Ps: During the period 26-30 August, an additional room may be included if needed, of which a guest can sleep on a mattress in the TV room, right next to the bathroom downstairs (no picture of this room, but can be sent upon contact). The room has a sofa and TV and is currently used as a closed TV room. The house will then have 3 sleeping places.
