Le Doux Refuge Gîte

The sweet refuge, very nice stone building, completely renovated, comfortable, very well equipped. Outside, a large park with its private pool, terrace, on-site parking. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with bathroom, air conditioning. Large living room One bedroom on the ground floor with a 160 bed, 3 bedrooms upstairs: including 2 with 160 bed and a large bedroom with 4 90 beds. 2 toilets For your comfort, beds made on arrival, towels provided. (See "information to note") The space You enter a large living room with a kitchen open to a living/dining room. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom and bathroom, a toilet and a laundry area. A beautiful staircase takes you upstairs where there are 3 bedrooms with their bathroom and another toilet. So 4 bedrooms and 4 independent shower rooms. You can enjoy a beautiful spacious park, with its terrace, swimming pool, and children's swing set. This Gîte is located at the crossroads of the most beautiful sites of the Lot, in the Dordogne Valley. You can visit Rocamadour, Le Gouffre de Padirac and very beautiful classified villages: Martel, Collonges La Rouge, Autoire Carennac Loubressac... Nearby (about 300 m) a landscaped lake, playground for children, water slide, swimming, restaurant... Guest access Entire house and fenced Other things to note Stays will be a minimum of 3 days for a large part of the year, we will be there to welcome you and show you around the premises. An inventory will be made and signed by both parties, reviewed upon your departure. From the end of June to the first week of September, the Gîte is rentable by the week from Saturday to Saturday only. We wish and hope for respect and kindness. You will find: household products, toilet paper, dish towels, shower towels, beds made provided at no extra cost. This allows you to travel lighter! A meter reading will be done with you upon check-in and check-out from October 1 to May 31. Consumption will be payable at the rate in force (€0.21 per kWh) upon departure. The pool is open from June to September, for the month of May, if the weather is favorable and with our consent. The cottage is decorated for the holidays.
