Broad Peak RDC is the totally independent ground floor of a large family chalet (8 people) completely renovated in 2023, located in the charming little Savoyard hamlet of Moulin, 500 meters from the village of Peisey (1300 m altitude), at the gates of the Vanoise Park and the PARDISKI ski area. It has a large living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen, a large open space with a dining room with a large rustic wooden table (wood provided). The entrance has a large cloakroom closet for storing clothes and shoes. The living room and kitchen overlook the garden, with the possibility of eating outside. The bedroom spaces are very well separated from the living rooms. A first corridor distributes: - a toilet - a 1st bedroom "Pierra Menta" with double bed 140x190 with stunning views of the same Beaufortin summit with its shower room - a 2nd bedroom, "des Buches" with 3 beds 90x190 (bunk bed + pull-out bed) with bathroom with bathtub. A 2nd hallway distributes: - A large laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and storage for ski and hiking equipment and shoes. - A 3rd bedroom, "du jardin" with integrated bathroom (shower) The chalet is equipped with all the essential appliances of the mountain (raclette, fondue. Note that each room has storage closets. The municipality of Peisey-Nancroix also has a cross-country skiing site, a biathlon stadium, snowshoeing with many trails, accessible directly from the chalet. In summer, other activities are available: mountain biking, via Ferrata, tree climbing, tennis, shooting, climbing, paragliding. For shops, you have the choice between the hypermarkets of the valley (Super U, Intermarché in Bourg Saint Maurice) or the local shops (supermarket, bakery, cheese factory) in Peisey village, accessible on foot directly from the chalet (500 m). Around the chalet, you will enjoy the calm of the life of the hamlet with its farm a few meters away. Children can have fun safely: sledding, snowman, igloo... and once back, games, books, comics and games are available. Sheets and linens (towels, bath mats & tea towels) are optional at a rate of €20/person. The reservation of the linen is made 1 month before the stay by additional bank transfer.
