Charming Rustic Hideaway Cabin

Rather unique Cabin with a huge deck in the heart of the Preston Valley with vineyards and artisan trails on our doorstep. 1.5 acres of forest, paddock, vines and olives emersed in the Preston National Park yet only 25 minutes from Donnybrook, Ballingup and Boyup Brook. (only a few minutes from the world famous Mumby Tavern). A perfect little hideaway to relax in nature, or a launching point to so many options to keep you busy during your stay. The space Originally a one room cabin moved to the site in the early 1980's, but since extended an updated to have a separate bedroom, a 2nd sleeping area in the loft over the kitchen, plus a fold out in the main lounge room and proper inside dunny/shower room. It is fully equipped with all the necessities and has a massive wrap around deck to relax on and enjoy the countryside. The Cabin is rustic and a little rough around the edges but a perfect escape from the rat race. Note; We are rustic and in the country, we are not 5 Star, and you might see the native fauna during your stay, please don't be upset by it Guest access 1.5 acres of trees, creek and paddock, fully fenced to keep the puppies from wondering too far, but with direct access to 8000 hectares of Preston National Park at the rear. Perfect for walks, cycling, wildflower spotting or just wondering around. Heaps of wineries, and other places to visit - Gnomesville is only 20minutes away, the Mumby Tavern only 7 minutes! Other things to note There is an additional small cottage with a double bed and ensuite that may occasionally be available if required for larger groups. Camping spots amongst the grape vines and olives are also available. PLeas note access may be limited during the bush fire season and if one was to occure during your visit evacuation may be required.
