Main House: consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 en suite), living room with stove, dining room and kitchen. All bedrooms have AC. It is equipped to accommodate 7 adults (2 double beds and 3 single beds) The 2nd house has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living and dining room (both with a stove), and a kitchen. It is equipped to accommodate 22 adults (7 double beds and 8 single beds) The houses are surrounded by a large park garden with trees over 80 years old. There is a large 100 m2 barbecue, covered and with a bread oven and with a bathroom and equipped kitchen. It has a large swimming pool overlooking the Cerro and a natural lagoon suitable for swimming. There is a soccer and volleyball court, ping-pong table and board games. The grill, pool and park are for the exclusive use of guests in one or both houses. The posted price is for both houses. An additional charge applies for events Guest access The house is located on a 50-hectare property that you can walk around freely. You can enjoy a park/forest with trees over 90 years old, streams, lagoons, and native vegetation, and a spectacular view of the Sierra de las Animas and Cerro Betete. We also have different circuits that allow you to take long walks or horseback rides in the surrounding area of the Sierras. Horseback riding is coordinated with the field manager who lives on site (the cost is arranged directly with him) Other things to note Short walks can be made to very nearby places, approx. 40 km, among others: Minas, Parque Salus, Salto del Penitente, Villa Serrana, Pueblo Eden, etc.
