This is a rare property where you can rent a large house with a view of the sea and a large garden. You can enjoy water play and fishing all year round on the beach right in front of you. You can see the sea from the garden, living room, and balcony. The sea view is especially great while in the Jacuzzi (separate fee), the bath is large enough for 4 people at the same time, and the sauna is a sure way to refresh. In addition, the large garden is not only a BBQ area for large groups, but also a dog run, so you can play with your dog without worrying about the surroundings. The facility can accommodate up to 30 people, and there are multiple bedrooms, so it is also recommended for large groups and training camps such as clubs. The living room has enough seating for a large group to relax, and the large kitchen is equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, so everyone can enjoy cooking together. There is also a Netflix-compatible internet TV, many board games, nostalgic game consoles, mahjong, table soccer, and full-fledged karaoke (separate fee) in the room, so even if the weather is bad, you can have a lot of fun indoors. In the playroom next door, you can relax on the tatami mats or play games. There is also a bath, sauna, sink, washing machine, storage room, and two toilets on the first floor. 　There are two large Japanese-style bedrooms on the second floor, where you can lay down mats and air beds, spread out your sleeping bag, and sleep in a simple bedding style. By doing so, we can reduce management costs and allow you to stay as inexpensively as possible even in such a large facility. In addition, on the 2nd floor, we have a suite room with 2 double beds and a work desk. The suite room is an optional extra charge, but it is recommended for guests who want to sleep in a bed or work calmly. And on the second floor balcony, we have a jacuzzi, one of the highlights of this facility. The jacuzzi is available for a separate fee, but it circulates hot water, so you can use it even in winter. There is also a simple kitchen, sink, and toilet on the 2nd floor, so please use it when you are staying in a large group. 　In the garden outside, there are a limited number of items needed for BBQ, such as a stove, fire pit, outdoor tables and chairs, etc., but we rent them out for free, so you can enjoy it even if you only bring in the ingredients.
