Nushka's Place (Apartment 2)

Experience Dilijan like never before! Welcome to our cozy BnB, your private retreat in the heart of Dilijan. The apartment is located on the first floor of our family home, with its own separate entrance and no shared spaces - so you’ll have the place entirely to yourself. Immerse yourself in the charm of a traditional Dilijan neighborhood, where you can relax, feel at home, and enjoy a glimpse into the town’s everyday life. We live upstairs and are happy to help if you need anything! The space The Apartment 2 is located in the first floor of a two-storey building. It has its own bedroom, living room (with small kitchenette), and bathroom - all for your exclusive use. The entrance is separate from the entrance of the second floor where the hosts live. 🏠 Simultaneously, next door, there is a two-room second apartment (titled Apartment 1). Both of the apartments have their own entrances, living rooms, kitchen areas and bathrooms. If you desire to stay at Nushka's Place and book the entire first floor, you can do so by separately booking both apartments. Each apartment is listed separately on Airbnb under “Nushka’s Place” (Apartment 1 and Apartment 2). If you want either one of the two apartments, please feel free to book only one of those. To reconfirm, both apartments have their own living rooms, kitchen areas and bathrooms. No part of the apartment is shared with others. This apartment has a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink and electric stove. If needed, breakfast can be organized separately at a symbolic cost. Moreover, we do have the basics such as kettle and utensils available in the apartment. As noted above, the hosts live on the second floor of the house and they are available for any question or support you might need during your stay. 🤗 This Apartment 2 is ideal for short stays. If you desire to stay for a longer period of time (10+ days, you can always ask the hosts to help you with the laundry, which can be done upstairs). We can accommodate up to 3 guests (2 beds and one extendable sofa are available).
