Cozy cabin in one of Sørlandet's finest areas between Lillesand and Grimstad, 20 min. from Dyreparken. 90 meters from the water. Great views of the shipyard and straight out to the open sea. Spacious terrace and patios with sun from morning to evening. Associated area by the sea with bathing opportunities for everyone. The cabin is in a maritime cozy style. Interiors that fit in a cottage by the sea, focusing on the charming and warm rather than new and modern. Parking for 2-3 cars on the plot. The space The cabin has running water. Bathroom and toilet in separate rooms. The cabin has 3 bedrooms + annex: Skipper's cabin: Bed 140 cm + 75 cm spare bunk Captain's Cabin: Bed 120 cm. Crew area: Bunk beds 75 cm. Annex: Bed 140 cm. In the annex there is room for a home office with 2 PC monitors and keyboard. Kayaks and pedal bikes that are in the basement can be used by guests. Guest access The entire cabin can be used. Area by the lake can be used. There is a path down by the annex, it is about 90 meters to the water. This trail goes around the white cabin located on the right side of the cabin. Continue the path down to the water, and past the first jetty. At the next jetty located in a small bay, the entire headland on the outside can be used. It is possible to swim in this bay, and in addition out on this headland. Other things to note Minimum rental off-season is 3 nights. During the period from June 15 to August 15, the cabin is rented out only on a weekly basis. Own bed linen and towels must be brought by the tenant. If this is desired, a separate agreement must be made in advance. Pets are not allowed.
