Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. ★HOUSE RULES★ - Must be at least 25 years old to book and also be present at the home - Do not climb up or over stair rails or gate rails. - Fireplace is childproof so remove only if it's going to be used - No open flames other than what is provided in the home. - No pets or any animals are allowed in the house or on the property. - No smoking or use of any drugs - No events, parties, large gatherings, or commercial activities - No hair dye, temporary hair color, bleach, fabric dye, or self tanner products to be used on our white towels and linens. Please wheel out trash bin Thursday night ★CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS★ Check out before 11:00 AM We do not expect our guests to clean the house, but we do expect our guests to pick up after themselves Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it ♣ OUTDOOR - Check that the outdoor gas grill is OFF then place the cover back on. If used, please clean the grill for the next guest to use - Check that the outdoor patio propane space heater is OFF and place the cover back on - Return all swimming pool inflatables and accessories to the pool box - Remove any trash from the backyard that was from your stay ♣ INDOOR - Any furniture indoor/outdoor that was moved during your stay should be moved back to its original position - Turn OFF all kitchen appliances - Clean/wash all small appliances that were used - Remove all food from refrigerators and cabinets - Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it prior to departure - All trashed needs to be bagged, removed, and placed in the trash can located in the garage - Leave all slept-in beds unmade - Leave all used throws and blankets in laundry basket - Place used towels, pool towels, and bath mats in the hamper in the laundry room according to color - Please leave the home picked up, games put away, and all pool table, ping pong, and miniature golf accessories put up - Lock all windows and doors - Turn the thermostat to 73 degrees - Return the garage door opener before leaving - Turn lights, fans, and TV's off - Arm the house alarm in away mode to check out. ★★HOST BEARS NO RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ANY ACCIDENT, INJURIES, OR ILLNESS THAT YOU MAY SUSTAIN DURING YOUR STAY.
