Newly restored family cabin with great views in idyllic Savalen The family cabin is centrally located and at the same time undisturbed with views of the marina, Savalsjøen and Gråvola. The cabin is suitable for one or two families. Savalen is a very popular area with good opportunities for skiing (cross-country and alpine), mountain hiking, fishing, biking and more. The space The cabin: Parking right outside the cabin. Large south-facing terrace with good sun conditions and views of the mountains and Savalsjøen. Bedrooms and bathroom: Bedroom 1 has a bunk bed + a single bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed (200x140cm). Bedroom 3 has 2 bunk beds. (9 beds in total + mattresses). There are duvets, pillows and blankets. You have to bring bed linen and towels yourself. Bathroom has a shower and toilet wash. In the basement, a washing machine is available. Large storage room. Kitchen/living room: The kitchen/living room is newly renovated with a new kitchen, a solid dining table with bench and a large sofa. So here there is room to cook, eat and enjoy. There is room for approx. 10 people both at the dining table and sofa corner. The kitchen contains a stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. Complete contents of kitchen equipment. There is a fireplace in the living room, and the price includes firewood. There is underfloor heating in the living room and electric radiators in the rooms. There is a large smart TV in the living room – with TV channels from the satellite dish. WiFi is installed. Guest access 2 bedrooms in the cabin and 1 large bedroom in the annex. Other things to note Heating/electricity/firewood: - An extra fee of NOK 150 per day is charged for heating, electricity and firewood. You can use wood from the shed and fire. Fill up with wood in the living room. You have to bring bed linen and towels yourself. Cleaning: You do your own laundry on departure and leave the cabin as when you arrived. The surroundings: Nice hiking trails both on foot, ski and by bike. Lake Saval is great for swimming, and fishing/ice fishing. Cross-country skiing trail with light rail 5 min from the cabin. Slalom slope is 5 minutes drive from the cabin. 10 minutes walking distance to Nissegata and Nissehuset, Savalen Fjellhotell and Spa with restaurant and bar. 20 km to Tynset city center with good shopping opportunities and about 1 hour drive to Røros.
