The 1-bedroom suite: Guests can enjoy the entirety of the cozy and well-appointed 1-bedroom suite, including the living area, bedroom, bathroom, and private balcony with stunning city views. 2. Resort-themed amenities: Guests are welcome to indulge in the resort-style amenities of the building, including swimming pools and lush gardens, perfect for relaxation and leisure. 3. Common areas: Guests can also access common areas within the building, such as the lobby and reception area. We strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we invite you to make yourself at home during your time at Casa Lucia. Other things to note 1. Pool Fee: A fee of Php 150.00/day per person on weekdays or Php 300.00/day per person during holidays is applicable for access to the resort-themed swimming pools. Payment should be made at the admin cashier and is non-refundable. 2. Pool Schedule: Pool schedule operates from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily, except 12:00PM - 1:00PM for routine maintenance. 3. Check-in Method: Guests can retrieve the keys from the mailbox located in Basement 1 after registration with the concierge. 4. Parking: Pay parking is available for guests in the building, on a first come, first-served basis and payment will be made in the pay parking cashier. 5. House Manual: For detailed instructions regarding check-in, check-out, house rules, and other essential information, please refer to the House Manual provided upon booking confirmation. 6. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and within the building premises. Failure to comply may result in fines and penalties. 7. Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please inform us in advance if you require these services. 8.
