The house is new and has several private and secure single bedrooms with a total of 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets (shared). The kitchen and living space are shared with the other residents and the cleaning is done weekly by a housekeeper included in the price. You will have access to wifi and each room has a double bed, wardrobe, fridge, smart TV etc. Sheets are provided. A laundry is at your disposal. Free parking is available on site. The city center is a 10-minute walk away, and the Tricastin and Marcoule power plants are 10 and 15 minutes away. The A7 is 10 minutes away and Avignon TGV station is 45 minutes away. You can be accommodated for periods of a few nights up to long stays of several months or a year. This accommodation is not suitable for children: it is mostly occupied by men for business trips (nuclear, building, etc.). It is strictly non-smoking, but you will have the garden if needed.
