Welcome to my spacious, sunlit duplex apartment. The home is right next to the famous Queen Victoria Market, perfect for exploring fresh produce and unique finds. The tram stop is right in front of the house, and it’s in the’ free tram zone’, making it easy to get around. Easy to access to central city (walk distance)! Your room features a double bed, air conditioning, desk and chair and ample storage. I look forward to making your stay delightful! The space Your room is spacious and comes with a double bed. It is equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, there are hangers and storage for your clothes or your belongings :) Guest access The refrigerator and shelves will be shared with me, but please feel free to use them during your stay. You are also welcome to enjoy the coffee, tea, and other beverages available. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you might need for cooking, and you are welcome to use any condiments and spices :) During your stay If the opportunity arises, I would love to interact and get to know you. However, I also respect our mutual need for private time :) Other things to note The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to City Central, approximately 15 minutes on foot, or less than 10 minutes by tram(free tram zone). If you wish to stay with a second guest, please note that there is an additional charge of $20 per night due to increased usage of water and electricity. Please request accordingly, and I appreciate your understanding :) There is no lift in this apartment, and your room will be 2nd floor.
