Attic Biznaga

It is an independent attic with private bathroom, equipped kitchen and private access to terrace. It has mosquito nets, ceiling fan, hot and cold air conditioning and washing machine. You will also have access to the common areas of the property from which the attic is accessed. The space Casita Lucero is a newly renovated 3-story building with 4 bedrooms that share common areas and a private detached attic with access to a terrace (which is what you are booking). On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room, bathroom with shower, dining room, kitchen, and a bright interior patio. On the first floor are the four bedrooms and two other full bathrooms. The top floor is a separate attic with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, living-dining room with sofa bed, laundry room, terrace, and fully equipped kitchen. Ático Biznaga has mosquito nets, ceiling fan, hot/cold air conditioning, and washing machine. Guest access The first floor is the common area by definition. The kitchen has an induction hob, cutlery, pots, pans, frying pans, as well as a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and aquaservice. From the kitchen you will also have access to our beautiful Andalusian style interior patio with tables and chairs to enjoy and relax in total freedom. In the living room you will find the lockers and laundry area. We also have a small bookshelf full of books and board games so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest. Other things to note We may cancel the reservation/charge a penalty of between 100 and 500€ in the following cases: 1. Parties or events are not allowed: Parties or events are strictly prohibited in the property. Quiet hours must be respected from 22 to 10h. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and a financial penalty between 100 and 500€, depending on the severity of the infraction. 2. Damage to property, dirt beyond what is reasonable for a vacation stay, and rearrangement of furniture without asking our permission. 3. Guest registration required: In compliance with current Spanish regulations (Royal Decree 933/2021), all guests must register before arrival by providing the necessary documentation as required by the authorities.
