The Bungalows consist of 3 separate homes - Big Blue, Lil' Green and Peach Pad and a shared pool area. This listing is for Peach Pad. You and your guests will have private access to Peach Pad, shared access to the pool area and your own parking spot. On arrival, guests will be greeted by the large front porch of Big Blue - a coastal-themed 2/1 home. The open floor plan of Big Blue's kitchen and living room create a perfect space for families and friends to gather, and the bathroom features a wet area with rain head shower and freestanding bathtub. The back door of Big Blue leads to a large back deck, complete with an outdoor dining table and chairs, that overlooks the large fully-fenced common area of the Sunset Bungalows. The paved common area is nestled behind Big Blue and between the front entrance of Lil' Green and Peach Pad. The common area consists of a pool, loungers and BBQ. The common area can be accessed via the back door of Big Blue or the entry gate next to the parking lot at the front of the property. Lil' Green is a 50's themed studio complete with retro-fit appliances, record player and other amenities to fit the era situated to the east of the pool. Princess Peach is a cabin themed studio donning exposed wood accents and a vaulted ceiling situated to the west of the pool. On site, guests can enjoy relaxing in the pool, lounging in the sun, or firing up the grill for an outdoor meal pool-side. Rainy day? No problem! Guests can relax inside by playing board games, cards, or watching TV on one of the several TVs on the property - each bedroom and living area is equipped with its own TV. Each kitchen features new appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and other goodies, including a Nespresso machine (pods included) and tea kettle (tea included). All beds are queen size with new luxury bedding, and each room includes a rollaway cot for additional sleeping. There are two washers and two dryers on the premises and each unit has one reserved parking space (up to 6 cars can fit in the parking area). Guest access Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM. We do charge a $40 fee for an early check in and/or late check out. Guests who book this listing will have private access to Peach Pad and shared access to the pool area. If the home is left unreasonably dirty/damaged, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $150. Other things to note This is a family home located in a residential area. We expect you to treat our home with the same respect as you would treat your own. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Pets are welcome, but there is a $100 pet fee. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited on the premises unless otherwise approved by the host. If any unauthorized parties/events occur, there is a $200 fee. There is a designated parking spot for the bungalow to the right of the entrance. There is a strict no smoking rule within the home, if there is evidence of smoking indoors, there will be a $250 fee. Please pick up after yourself if smoking outside. Supervision of children who are in or by the pool is required at all times. No glass, sharp or other foreign objects in the pool. This property has outdoor security cameras solely meant to protect the property from potential trespassing, break-ins, or theft. Please do not tamper with outdoor cameras. If Sync Module is unplugged for more than a day, or outdoor cameras are moved, there will be a $50 fine. A standard cleaning fee is included in your reservation. However, an additional cleaning fee may apply if the house is left in excessively dirty condition (trash left outside the bins, stained furniture, etc). Cushions for the couch, are located in the cleaning shed behind Lil Green, the code is 0420.
