The self-catering house Bergheimat in Hohentauern is the perfect place to spend a few unforgettable days with friends, family, the club or the company in an idyllic, alpine environment. The house can accommodate up to 25 guests in 13 rooms. Each room has a bathroom with shower and toilet In the basement there is a Finnish and a steam sauna, on the ground floor a game room with a foosball table and dart machine. The space Room layout: 2nd floor: 2 family rooms, each consisting of 1 double room and 1 single room with a shared bathroom 1 family room consisting of 2 double rooms with a shared bathroom 1 single room 1 double room 3rd floor: 3 double rooms 2 DB Each unit has 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, some also have a bathtub. In total, the house can accommodate up to 25 people. The bathrooms are equipped with shower gel, soap, towels and bath mats. Sheets and bed linen are ready on the beds and we ask you to make the beds immediately after your arrival. On the day of departure, please strip the beds and throw the laundry and towels in a pile in the room on the ground floor. Each room has 1 TV with satellite connection (about 35 channels) The rooms on the 2nd floor mostly have a balcony with stunning views of the surrounding mountain landscape. On the first floor is the extremely spacious kitchen. It has several cooking areas, an oven and a commercial dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of cookware and various cooking utensils. Basic foods such as spices etc. are also provided. Next to the kitchen is a hobby room with a foosball table and dart machine. The adjoining bar and the cozy large dining room are perfect for eating and celebrating together. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property. From the dining room, you can access the terrace. There is a charcoal grill. Grill tools are available, please bring your own charcoal. Guest access In the basement there is a steam sauna as well as a Finnish sauna, both of which are available free of charge. The house has a side entrance through which you can enter the shoe or ski room. You will be asked to use this with wet or dirty shoes. There are storage areas for skis and benches for drying wet shoes. Other things to note The price includes the tourist tax (€2.50 per night per adult). The visitor's tax is calculated according to the actual number of people who have arrived (online registration) and is paid in cash on site or afterwards by bank transfer.
