Discover the charm of Malasaña in my apartment! Heating and air conditioning! ⚠️ Read IMPORTANT NOTE in “Other details” ⚠️ I occasionally rent out my apartment when I'm away. It's perfect for spending a few days and enjoying the surroundings. It has everything and a very cozy and well-kept atmosphere, it is the ideal refuge. Super quiet and peaceful! And in the heart of Malasaña, that's much appreciated! ⚠️ Important check-in information in "other details"!! ⚠️ The space It is a private apartment that has an elevator and heating. The apartment is perfectly equipped. You'll feel right at home! Also, being an interior apartment, you will feel peace and tranquility when entering the house. It's on one of the quietest streets in the iconic Malasaña neighborhood! And also inside the apartment there is absolute silence! Wonderful! The apartment has: Master bedroom with a standard double bed (135x200) with a quality mattress. It has a closet and hangers, lamps, a power adapter, and USB chargers so you don't miss anything. The apartment consists of a living room with a small kitchen in the same room, a bathroom with a shower tray, and a bedroom. The living room has a sofa that CONVERTS INTO A DOUBLE BED for two possible additional guests. 40" TV with Netflix. High speed WiFi Open kitchen with everything you need for cooking. It has an electric kettle (with teas that we will leave at your disposal), a Nespresso coffee maker (and coffee capsules that we also provide as a gift), a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, and a ceramic stovetop. There are kitchenware and we also have a washing machine. There is a dining table and four chairs, perfect for eating, chatting or working. Private bathroom with a comfortable shower. There are soaps with different scents, shampoos for different needs, toothpaste, deodorant and everything you need. I'll leave you bed linens, bath towels, and extra blankets for the winter (to enjoy a movie on the couch). We also provide everything you need for the bathroom and some things for the kitchen such as salt, sugar, coffee and infusions. We hope you really enjoy your stay and feel very pampered by the love we put into what we do! Guest access There is an elevator Please be discreet and do not attract attention in the neighborhood community. Keep the building quiet and harmonious. We do🧳 not store luggage, however, less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment there is a locker where you can leave it. When you make your reservation, we'll send you the website and address. Other things to note 🔑 You'll need to pick up the keys at a KeyNest point less than a 3-minute walk from the apartment. The key pick-up point is in a restaurant called Greek and Shop located at Calle Corredera Alta de San Pablo number 9. The key pick-up location is open daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, so you'll need to enter the apartment before 12:00 PM. It's very important that you keep this in mind. ⚠️ Important note at the end. Being an interior apartment, it is perfectly insulated from the sound of the outside, something you will notice as soon as you enter the house. I assure you of restful nights of sleep so that you are ready for your daily adventures. Also, the location is great. It is in the heart of Malasaña, a 4-minute walk from the Tribunal metro stop, a 5-minute walk from the Noviciado metro stop, surrounded by streets full of life, with a wide variety of bars and restaurants. Everything you want is just a short walk away. Explore Madrid culture by visiting nearby museums, attending live concerts, or simply strolling through Madrid's downtown streets. Whether you're a lover of history, fashion, or food, Madrid has something for everyone. Don't worry about the details, we're here to make your stay memorable. There is high-speed Wi-Fi, a mobile charger, bedding, towels, everything you need for the bathroom (shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toilet paper, deodorant), everything you need so that you only think about making the most of your rest. PLEASE ⚠️ NOTE. ⚠️ Sometimes, in the neighborhood you can smell a slight odor of “something green” that a community neighbor smokes… He is in his house and of course, we cannot forbid him to do so. The smell has never entered our apartment and he is also a very quiet and friendly neighbor, but we prefer to warn you that you may encounter that slight smell when going out to the staircase that leads to the street so that you are not surprised if it occurs.
