Grosvenor Cottage sits on a row of quaint homes, and has renovated to an impeccably high standard with everything you need for a perfect stay. Sleeping up to 6, with the benefit of three sofa beds. Enjoy outside dining in the sunny courtyard, with seating for 6 people. The cottage is a short 5 minute walk from the city centre, and has free parking for one car. The space The cottage retains many of the character features, making for a cosy stay in Chester. The accommodation comprises a living room, cottage style kitchen, downstairs bathroom with a shower over the bath, and bedroom with built-in storage and a dressing table. There is a rear courtyard with outdoor seating, and private space for vehicle parking. Both sofas in the living room can be set up as a double and single sofa bed, allowing 3 guests to sleep downstairs in the living room, along with a second single sofa bed upstairs (ideally only suitable for children) for the cottage to be able to accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children in total. During your stay, you'll have access to WiFi, the TV and Netflix, as well as full use of the dining area to seat 6 and all of its amenities. Guest access Guests have access to our entire property including the outdoor space and free driveway parking for one car. More parking is available for free on the street as you enter near the property, just off the main road. Other things to note There is parking for one car on the driveway located to the side of the house and free on street parking for any further cars. A free breakfast is provided as a hamper of sweet and savoury breakfast items.
