The space Welcome to this stylish and clean studio with plenty of space, measuring 36 square meters on the 3rd floor. It can easily be accessed with a lift (72cm x 62cm, door opening width 72cm) also direct from the garage! The apartment is carefully cleaned before every booking with fresh bed linen & soft towels added for all guests. Livingroom / "bedroom" You will have sweet dreams in the comfortable queen size bed (width 160 cm). There is a lot of space for clothes in the closet and wardrobes. The inviting living room features a tv stand with a Smart TV and a cozy sofa bed (as a bed width 160 cm). The whole apartment is bright with large windows. Kitchen is equipped with: ✅ fridge and freezer ✅ stove, dishwasher and oven ✅ microwave oven ✅ toaster, water boiler and coffee machine ✅ cooking tools ✅ cups, plates, bowls and all the cutleries you need ✅ coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, pepper also: ✅ iron and ironing board ✅ hoover ✅ floor mop and all the staff for cleaning Balcony The balcony is furnished for two. Enjoy complementary coffee in the morning, or light a candle and relax in the darkening evening with a glass of wine. The balcony is also equipped with glazed windows, just in case those late autumn evenings get a bit too chilly. The location is perfect: everything is near! You can reach the apartment from Helsinki or Helsinki-Vantaa airport by car, train or bus. The airport is located 100 kilometers away (one hour by car and about the same time by train). Guest access The whole apartment is for your use only. This is not my residence, so there are not private items in the apartment. Other things to note The apartment is fully equipped for shorter and longer bookings. It is also possible to book the apartment furnished for longer stay. Please, request also long period which isn`t available in the calendar. Note! The garage is intended for passenger cars only. It is a garage with a roof, but it is not warm in the winter time.
