The space This cozy 88 m2 house on the first floor will welcome you, nestled on the heights of a village facing the hills and its trails and in front of you, the pre-Alps. It has 2 bedrooms for rent with double beds of 140 cm, bed linen is not provided. An open kitchen living room of 38 m2, air-conditioned with reversible air conditioning (be careful in summer, there is no air conditioning up there in the rooms), a cellar with washing machine, 2 parking spaces in front of the house and a garden of 300 m2 with its terrace and garden furniture, hammock and barbecue. The 5 m2 bathroom has a double sink and a walk-in shower. It is therefore rented with our occupants: our 3 "loulous" of 4 years and 1 year (and yes twins), no worries with the children, they are the "real owners" of this house and unfortunately will not accept other animals. You'll just have to take them out (especially at night) and give them kibble! Guest access The A51 motorway is 10 min by car towards Gap or Aix/Marseille.
