Welcome to our delightful Art Deco studio apartment in Hope Street Gardens, CT! Included: air con, fast Wi-Fi, workspace, Hypnos premium extra-length mattresses for a great night's sleep, a fully equipped kitchen, a 40-inch smart TV with Netflix, and all essential toiletries. The space is perfect for business travelers, solo travelers, or couples seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. Guests may experience construction noise from the site at the parliament building. The space The apartment creates a spacious and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after exploring Cape Town, with locally sourced art and decorative items for an authentic Cape Town experience. The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas stove for proper cooking, an air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, and Nespresso coffee machine, along with essential utensils and cookware. Our living area features a Charlotte Rhys air diffuser, and you will receive artisanal chocolate and coffee with your stay, as well as a welcome pack. The contemporary bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, a vanity with storage, a mirror, and two fresh bath towels per person. Our range of toiletries includes Charlotte Rhys shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturizing lotion, and luxury hand soap, providing a spa-like experience. The building and the apartment represent a creative take on the Art Deco era, with relative simplicity, symmetry, and unvaried repetition of elements. Please be aware of ongoing construction across the apartment building. Unfortunately, we don't have a completion date yet. We want to inform our guests in advance about potential disturbances during your stay. According to City of Cape Town guidelines, construction is allowed from 6am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. The situation is beyond our control. However, we hope that this doesn't impact your stay Guest access Guest has full access to the entire apartment Other things to note This is a self-catering unit; however, we do provide the basics such as tea, coffee, milk, and sugar. Additionally, we offer hotel-quality linens with a thread count of 300. Once a week you will receive a full change over and every few days we try to come in and do a quick clean. Incase you need any assistance please note we have a concierge onsite to assist with any inquiries, you will find him in the reception area which is on the left of the black gate. Please note, for stays longer than 7 or 8 days we do a complementary changeover of the linen. Any other additional cleans will have additional costs involved. We trust you enjoy your stay with us!
