We understand that every group is different, but we do not make exceptions. The property is in a Environmental Conservation Zone area and council regulates outside noise, to ensure the valley stays quiet and neighbors aren’t disturbed. Although this is a 3 acre property, sound travels and is amplified in the valley. Please keep in mind: - There is no amplified music allowed outdoors at any time. - There is no noise allowed outdoors after 10pm, its best to move the socialising indoors after that. If this might interfere with your weekend away plans then please reach out to discuss. We use NoiseAware technology to monitor the decibel levels outside the house. In cases of noise complaints that are not addressed on request, we reserve the right to use contracted security patrol cars to remove all guests from the premise mid-stay with no refund. All booking requests need to include confirmation and agreement to the 10pm noise curfew outside. GUEST NUMBERS: Please ensure you have the correct guest numbers so that we can provide enough linen/towels. There is a 60/person/night charge for all guests after the first 10 guests. This is already included in the quote price, unless there’s changes to the initial enquired guest numbers. (Note - Airbnb has a max of 16 guests in its search range, so additional guest numbers above the 16 will require the fee to be added manually.)
