Centrally located within the Mantra Aqua Resort, Lautus offers a well appointed large courtyard for you to enjoy on a summers night. Guests are able to enjoy all that the Mantra has to offer with guest access to the communal bbq area with resort style solar heated pool. Melissa The space A beautifully appointed apartment offering 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bath, a full size kitchen, lounge and dining area, a laundry with washing machine and dryer, and a large tranquil courtyard with outdoor lounge and dining table. There is a smart TV in the lounge room as well as the main bedroom. There is also a hammock available for reading a book in the sun. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, block out blinds and the apartment has a split system air conditioner. The property also has WIFI available. The kitchen offers a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. For those travelling with children, there is a high chair, travel cot, change table as well as toys, games and an outdoor chalkboard to keep the children occupied. You have full access to the resort style solar heated pool, heated spa plus a splash area for the children, as well as use of the communal BBQ areas. There is undercover secure parking for one car plus visitors parking, and a lift to the ground floor from the car park. ***Info re EV charging- there is a charging bay available at the Mantra for guest use however, please note it is the responsibility of the guest to book via a specific app and to provide their own charging cords. Contact the Mantra reception direct for further specific details. There are no stairs to navigate for guests with mobility issues, however the shower is over the bathtub. Guest access Guests have full access to all the apartment has to offer and the keys will be available via a lock box. The code will be shared on the morning of check in via message.
