New 3-Bedroom Loft by Vatican & Trastevere, Rome

The loft is located on the ground floor of the historical Palace Gonfalone 6. The building is in a strategic position, reaching any touristic attractions by foot. The apartment if fully restored and refurnished, equipped with designed appliances. It is provided by new central air conditioning and heating systems. We offer an additional service of mid-stay cleaning with free towel cheanges to make your trip as comfortable as possible. We are looking forward to welcoming you in the Eternal City! The space The modern apartment Interior 0 is carefully designed for maximum comfort, offering an unforgettable stay. It includes three bedrooms, including two with double beds and one with two single beds. Each room is tastefully furnished, and features Smart TVs and a personal safe. Two full bathrooms, both equipped with hair dryers, showers, toilets and bidets. To further enrich your stay, we provide personal hygiene products, including toiletries, toothbrushes on request, toilet paper and towels, with mid-stay replenishment available at no extra charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including oven, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven, and induction cooktop. You will find all the necessary utensils for cooking, offering the opportunity to enjoy meals with family or friends. The dining area features a dining table capable of accommodating up to six guests, creating a cozy and convivial environment for sharing special moments. Regardless of the season you choose to stay, comfort is guaranteed thanks to the new air conditioning and central heating system, operating in accordance with local regulations to ensure an ideal temperature at all times. Guest access When you arrive, you will be greeted by a majestic wooden door leading to the apartment, located on the ground floor, through a private garden. Also on the ground floor is our small office, where we will be happy to store your bags in case of early arrival or before departure. Check-in is usually from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, but don't worry if your arrival is after 6:00 pm. We have arranged a simple self check-in to ensure your peace of mind. Other things to note As our esteemed host, we are pleased to offer assistance in arranging transfers to/from Fiumicino or Ciampino airports, the port of Civitavecchia and Termini station to our facility. Please note that requests for transfer services to/from airports or stations in Rome must be communicated to our facility at least 24 hours prior to arrival or departure, depending on the availability of the transportation company.
