Welcome to this house completely renovated by us, 10 km from Vesoul, 6 km from Scey sur Saône, 5 km from Vaivre et Montoille, where the lake and its sandy beach are located. You will find a bike path at the exit of the village. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 3 single beds, but it is possible to join 2 single beds into 1 double. At the back of the house is a small garden with a terrace without overlooking neighbors. The space In the living room, you can play music (via Bluetooth "Herdio") thanks to 2 speakers installed on the ceiling. Also, a warm and cocooning atmosphere is found in the bathroom thanks to a multiple choice of colors that is located on the ceiling.
