The space The flat features a foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen, toilet room, guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, all situated on the third floor with elevator. Metro stations (all within 3 to 7 minutes by foot) include: Europe (line 3) Liége (line 13) Rome (line 2) Place de Clichy (lines 13, & 2) Gare Saint Lazare (lines 3, 12, 13, 14, and regional direct trains towards Versailles & Normandy) The foyer boasts an 18th-century Louis XV chest, a stunning gilded mirror, and a Persian rug. A small table and two chairs create a charming spot for morning coffee with a view of the rear courtyard garden. A closet stores plates, cups, and glasses. In the dining room, you'll find a glass table and wooden chairs designed by Tobia Scarpa, along with a decorative marble table by famous designer Angelo Mangiarotti. The living room offers a large cream tweed sectional sofa, two comfortable chairs by Tobia Scarpa, and an extra-large flat screen TV perfect for evening entertainment. The windows overlook the front courtyard with windowsill gardens featuring lavender flowers. The guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed that can be separated into two twin-size beds, a 19th-century wooden wardrobe with hangers and drawers, and a TV with streaming services above the desk. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, sink, hairdryer, and storage for toiletries. The kitchen is a typical Parisian style, equipped with a Viking cooker, Miele dishwasher, Liebherr refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, mini fridge, electric kettle, Kenwood mixer, microwave, and Jura coffee machine. It's fully stocked (cutlery, pans, pots, etc) for preparing a delightful French dinner after a trip to the nearby market. The toilet room is located between the kitchen and the master bedroom. The master bedroom features an exceptionally comfortable mattress found in Four Seasons hotels, 19th-century French bedside tables, USB and regular outlets, a 19th-century chest for clothes, and a small rose garden at the window. The ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub and shower, a Miele washer-dryer combo, a roll-down drying rack for delicate clothes, a hairdryer, and ample storage above and below the sink. Guest access Enter the building using the door code provided, and proceed towards courtyard. At the staircase B, use the key fob included with your set of keys to open the door, and proceed to take the elevator up to the 3rd floor, indicated by "3ème" on the wall.
