The villa is located a 5-minute walk from the center: bakery, pharmacy, tobacco... The space Very nice bright house located between the sea and scrubland. 10 minutes north of Montpellier and 30 minutes from the sea, the town of Prades-le-Lez is home to the Domaine de Restinclières, a place dedicated to nature. Possibility to discover the castle, the park open to the public as well as the many hiking routes. 1 toilet per level / 1 bathroom per level Ground floor: Master suite (bathroom + dressing room) that gives access to the terrace. Kitchen equipped with oven and microwave, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob. - - Living room, dining room overlooking the terrace shaded terrace by a pergola (recent installation) and the pool which measures 4 x 2.5 with a depth of 1.50 m. 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 with a 160 bed and the other with a 90 bed) and a bathroom + toilet For grilling, a gas barbecue is at your disposal. To relax and cool off after the barbecue, or when returning from the beach, you can enjoy the pool exclusively. The above-ground pool (56 cm high compared to the terrace) is not secured, which will require the greatest vigilance in the case of young children, as well as diving is prohibited given the shallow depth. 1 parking space is provided in front of the garage, sloping parking but without difficulties. Guest access You will have access to the whole house with the exception of the garage. Other things to note As this house is our main home, we would like to maintain good relations with the neighborhood. Parties are therefore forbidden.
