Basement area with separate entrance was completely renovated with bedroom, living room with sofa-bed, gorgeous bathroom and small kitchenette with w/d. Located near a great coffee shop and next to Ravenna Park, with beautiful trails immersed in a ravine. Our family lives upstairs with young kids (awake during typical hours). The space Our house is located on the corner of a tree-lined boulevard and quaint side street in a quiet but convenient part of Ravenna, adjacent to beautiful Ravenna Park. Ravenna park is a Seattle gem with a lush ravine with intertwining trails that feel like you're miles away from the city. A terrific coffee shop, Seven Market, is just 2 blocks up the street. Our family lives with three young kids on the upper two floors of the house, while the apartment is located on the basement level, with a private separate entrance. The basement apartment was recently renovated to include a separate bedroom with Queen bed and an hardwood dresser with lots of drawers for storage. The common room has a pullout couch and comfy single seat. The bathroom has heated floors and a large walk-in shower with bench seat. There is a small kitchenette with a large sink, fridge w/ separate freezer door, toaster, microwave, hot-plate and coffee maker. Dishes and silverware for 4. Private access to the basement is through the rear door of the house. Note: utility room and breaker panel located in basement. Owner will notify if needed for access. Hot tub not available for guest use Guest access Guest access is available to the apartment and outdoor walkway leading to the rear door. There is also a small side garden and outdoor seating area available as well. Other things to note The inside and outside of the premises is strictly drug-free and non-smoking.
