Five minutes from the sea by car (20 minutes on foot). A charming detached house in the immediate hinterland of Celle Ligure, Costa. Free public parking is available near the house. The house, in addition to offering a terrace with a panoramic view of most of the Ligurian Gulf, is located near two scenic routes that lead to visit not only almost all of the Celle hinterland, but also to go towards the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri. The space PLEASE NOTE: THE ACCOMMODATION TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE OVERNIGHT PRICE. THEREFORE, IT MUST BE PAID ON SITE ONLY IN CASH. The house consists of a very cozy living room, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a door communicating with the large terrace. To bring harmony to the hallway and access the kitchen, there are two steps that are almost non-existent. Below, we find the kitchen consisting of a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, washing machine and a table with chairs. Finally, there is the anti-bathroom consisting of washbasin and shower and bathroom consisting of toilet and bidet. Outside the house there is a very large terrace, where, below the beautiful centuries-old olive tree there is a space for summer refreshment. Guest access Access is allowed EXCLUSIVELY to the ground floor of the house, including the large terrace. It is not possible to access the upper floor, which consists of stairs.
