The kitchen closes with a door, so no bad smells in the rest of the house. Big windows in the living room and toilet open to the main street, whereas small ones open to the courtyard in the kitchen and bathroom. This allows plenty of light and proper ventilation. Guest access The place is located just a short walk from metro stations Art et Métiers ( line 3 & 11), Sebastopol (line 4), 5 minutes walk from Museum Georges Pompidou, and 10 minutes from Republique, Chatelet, Hotel de Ville, la Seine. 4th floor, NO ELEVATOR.
