Walking distance to the city's main tourist attractions. The rooms do not have air conditioning, we offer fans. Keep in mind that in summer the temperature is very in Madrid. There is a small dog. We do not accommodate small children, the house does not have the proper safety for them. The space We are located in the middle of Calle PRECIADOS, a pedestrian and commercial street with many clothing, footwear and department stores such as El Corte Ingles or Fnac. The room is exterior, we indicate this so that you take into account that without being excessive, the street can be somewhat noisy, since we are located in the center. If you are looking for a place where there is no noise, my house is not the best place since the center is alive in the morning, afternoon and night. There are no bars but a lot of people walking around all day. I would also like to mention that our apartment is not like the ones you see in architecture magazines, luxurious, 5-star hotel style. We try to keep it as clean and cared for as possible, but if you're looking for luxury, this isn't the place. It's just as seen in the photos. Guest access In the bathroom and in the kitchen you can only use the microwave and heat water for tea or coffee, we do not offer the kitchen because it is very small and there is not so much space to then throw away all the garbage produced by cooking at home.
