Stay in a unique newly-built house in private peaceful green surroundings, close to the city, park, beach, harbor bath and metro station. Playground, trampoline, private garden with several different terraces. Only 15 minutes from the center of Copenhagen. The space We have just finished building our own house, we are carpenter/architect. We have private parking, access to trampolin and playground, 5 min on bil to the Beach or 2 min to the harbour bathing area. All the beds are in loft rooms (1st floor) This means you will have to use the staircase or ladders. We don’t have protection/handrail for aestetic reasons. So be carefull, when you use it, it is not for people with walking difficulties. Otherwise we can also arrange a mattress on the groundfloor or you can use the sofa bed. Other things to note We have large common areas with trampoline, playground with swings, slide, etc. The house has 3 terraces with dining area facing southeast, south and southwest. So you can sit outdoors in the sun or shade in all kinds of weather. The house is not yet suitable for those with walking difficulties, as all bedrooms are on the ground floor. That is, you have to climb ladders and stairs.
