Ocean Vista is perched on the second story, overlooking the Pacific Ocean just one hundred yards away. It has a nicely finished interior with teak floors. There is an outdoor kitchenette fully equipped for all your food prep needs—oceanfront dining! The space Cool Place is set on 3/4 acre beachfront lot. It is fully planted and kept lush even through the dry season. The beach is right out the front gate. Surfing each just a short walk away. There is a mini-super on the property to make life easy.There are many lovely places to chill scattered through out the property. Fast internet is meshed throughout the places. Guest access Free WiFi There are several chill places to hang out on the grounds as well as you own front porch. There is a fully equipped shared kitchen on the ground floor and it's kinda fun to interact if you want. Other things to note You will notice my staff are all exceptionally helpful and the place is spotless. Nicas are hard workers and they are very friendly and helpful. The real beauty of Nicaragua is her people. You have use a fully stocked kitchen. There is a grocery store located on the property with the best prices in town for any of your cooking needs during your stay.There is a nice inside shower. And a nice outside one to use after beach time. We are right on the beach in a cool little Nica fishing village. There are sailboat charters available, horseback riding and cliff repelling. This is an inspired community. There are many thing to do beside surf and beach walk. One of the beauty's of Playa Gigante is you don't need a car. Everything is walkable.
