Casita CMN is in a quiet area in North Guiones, Nosara, close to the Green Zone trails, in between the new skate park and the restaurants & mini super, and just a 9-minute walk to breathtaking Playa Guiones, where you can surf all year round! The space This charming two-story casita offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The FIRST FLOOR has an open full kitchen with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and anything you may need to cook a great meal, as well as complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt, and spices on arrival. The cozy kitchen island sits 5. You'll find a half bathroom right by the entrance door, in front of the stairs. While in the living room, sit on the couch and relax! Enjoy the beautiful natural light coming through the glass doors overlooking the jacuzzi, towels ready to enjoy it, and watch the leaves on the trees slowly sway outside in the deck. The TOP FLOOR has two bedrooms: - The main room has a king size bed; AC; fan; smart TV; a desk and office chair with back up UPS battery for that important zoom call; an en-suite bathroom with shower; and an empty closet. - The kids room has a twin over a full bunk bed; AC; fan; desk, and office chair with back-up UPS battery power; an en-suite bathroom with shower; and an empty closet. Enjoy symmetrical fiber optic internet throughout the house with strong & fast WiFi of 200 GB of download AND upload speed. It's hooked to a UPS battery to keep it going through Nosara’s small power outages. We have power-surge protectors in most of the outlets throughout the house to protect your electronics. The ones near the beds and sofa are equipped with USB ports as well, for your convenience. Private parking with remote control gate.
