It is also right across Mitsukoshi Mall and right beside Grand Hyatt Hotel! The space This 1 Bedroom is located right beside Grand Hyatt and Uptown Mall. It is in very close proximity of super clubs and St. Luke's BGC. Lots of restaurants, cafes and groceries nearby! If fragrance is an issue, do advise ahead so we can make adjustments. - There is pay parking at the basement of One Uptown Residence but we cannot guarantee slot availability - We do not have luggage storing nor does the building offer the same. GUEST ENDORSEMENT: - All guests who will be staying at our home is required to submit their Government IDs. This is different from what is required by Airbnb. Please submit this as a photo through our messages here in the app. - The building REQUIRES us to process an endorsement form and submit your IDs to them. Any person that has not been endorsed will not be allowed in. Please submit immediately after booking! Late endorsements are not permitted. - An RFID card is issued by the building management for the exclusive access to your floor, this is free - however failure to return the card at your check out date and time will incur a fee of 3,500. * By booking and confirming your stay, you confirm that you acknowledge and have read the above information and are ready to comply with the necessary rules of the building * * All admins, receptionists, guards, etc. of the property you will be staying at are not affiliated with us. The public areas of the building are the shared spaces and most of the amenities are not accessible by guests. Other things to note For stays that are for a week or less, we do not provide additional cleaning. For stays that are above 7 days, we are happy to accommodate once a week cleaning and change of sheets for free - do let us know ahead of time!
