In an organic tree farm for 30 years, come and relax in the Haute Somme valley. Our family home welcomes you in its rustic simplicity. A large wooded plot offers two barbecues and several garden furniture. In the center of the village on a quiet street, the house is a 5-minute walk from the community hall. Close to the A1 motorway and the Haute Picardie TGV station, and the Véloroute Vallée de Somme, and halfway between Lille and Paris The space Large family country house built in the 1950s, the house unfolds over two floors. On the ground floor, two entrances: by a small veranda that opens into the kitchen (two steps then one step) or by the front porch (one step then one step). Beautiful ceiling heights characterize the entire ground floor. The large kitchen, where you can eat at 8, is followed by a back kitchen. All the equipment is available to restore more than a dozen people. The living room offers you a table to eat comfortably and a living room with a large sofa and 2 armchairs. A piano, tuned to the tuning, awaits the musicians. In the space at the bottom of the stairs, a competitive foosball table will delight all guests. Stuffed parties in perspective! A small living room allows for quieter conversations in the front entrance. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity, and plenty of storage allows people with limited mobility to wash comfortably. A WC is located next door. A bedroom with a double bed, desk, armchair, and closet adjoins these amenities. A large staircase leads up to the first floor. Bathroom with shower and vanity is available for visitors. On the same level, 6 bedrooms welcome you. 3 bedrooms have a double bed, 3 bedrooms offer two single beds, one bedroom accommodates one person. Outside, a large garden with trees and flowers surrounds the house. Small log lounges and garden tables allow you to gather around 2 barbecues. We can provide the wood that will feed them free of charge. Parking spaces for 5 cars are provided inside the property, which is closed by a gate on the street. A garage can accommodate bicycles from cyclists who take the Vallée de Somme bike route between Péronne and Ham and the Circuit du Souvenir Guest access The entire house is reserved for you
