Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, Cabot Head Our cottage offers a comfortable and memorable stay in the tranquil beauty of the Bruce Peninsula. Our cottage is a family cottage. We do not allow parties or events. We can sleep a maximum of 6 adults, with 4 children under the age of 14. We can park 3 cars maximum. Pets are welcome with conditions. Guests must read and approve our rules and regulations which we provide after you book the cottage. You will have 48 hours to cancel your reservation without charges or fees if you do not approve of our rules and regulations. This cottage is licensed by the Municipality of North Bruce Peninsula! License # NBP-2021-504. As a guest of our region, you need to abide by all rules and regulations provided by the local municipality. We have a local and responsible property manager at your disposal 24/7. Guest access Contactless access VIA door code. Full access to the entire private residence. There is 3 locked closets not available to guests. Other things to note Our region is regulated by short-term accommodations bylaws. We have strict occupancy which is a maximum of 10 persons including children and infants. 6 Adults maximum. Violation of the terms provided when you book could result in fines and or eviction. Pets are welcome with restrictions. No pets on furniture. No pets on the beds. Pets must be contained on the property at all times. Pets can not bark excessively. Pets are not to be left alone in the cottage unless crated, and must not bark continuously when crated. We respect our neighbours, and expect our guests to respect them as well. No excessive yelling, quiet time is after 10:30 PM. No guests are allowed with out permission. No fireworks. No loud music outdoors. No fires if there is a fire ban. No garbage outside ever. Garbage must be attended to. No food in bedrooms. Pet rules apply. (no persistent barking, no wandering off property. No pets on the furniture or in the beds, guests must clean up after their pets inside and out - all hair vacuumed up, all poop collected and discarded. ) We do not charge a pet fee in advance. Failure to clean up completely after your pet will result in us adding a pet fee of $40/day / pet. The cottage is 3 season and not insulated for winter use. There is no AC in the cottage. We will share our house rules with you when you book. We ask that you read them over and let us know that you understand. You have 24 hrs to cancel your reservation if the house rules are not acceptable. Cleaning fee can be waived under the condition that you leave the cottage as clean as you found it! Failure to do so will incur a cleaning fee added of $450. We take photos prior to your arrival to ensure your cottage is 5* clean!
